I would highly recommend Carolina at the Audiology Expert.
I have seen several audiologists and found Carolina to be so much more understanding, patient and supportive than others.
I’ve found she has been empathetic with my slightly unusual situation and very kind with her time and support in the process of accepting the need for hearing aids and then selecting the right ones for me.
I have found she has always been very honest with what hearing aids can and can’t solve and that it’s not an instant fix, but she has also given me the motivation and support to help me embrace them and start making things better for myself.
She has given me the time and space to make my decisions, without any pressure selling which I feel has been really helpful for such and important and high cost decision.

We came to The Audiologist Expert Ltd back in the summer and cannot recommend enough. My daughter had problems with blocked ears for quite some time, which caused her to have some hearing problems. Been to the GP over the years and they always said her ears are just blocked and prescribed ear drops every time, which didn’t help so we decided to see a specialist. And boy did I wish I had done this sooner.

Carolina was very friendly and professional, and with undeniable patience. She showed us just how blocked my daughter’s ears were. And not just the one side but BOTH, which the doctors never mentioned. Of course this has been going on for some years so there was quite the build up, which took Carolina a few attempts to get all the blockage out. But she did it! And for the first time in god knows how long, my daughter could actually hear properly. (I’ll never forget her face) Carolina was so courteous and caring of how my daughter felt. I can’t thank her enough.

I’d noticed a deterioration in both my dad and uncle’s hearing over the years, but like many people, they were reluctant to get it checked - insisting there was nothing wrong!

I met Carolina at an event earlier this year and was really impressed by her friendly approach, her professional background, and the way she explained how hearing isn’t just about sound - it also affects your relationships and quality of life. I told my dad and uncle about her clinic in Leamington, and to my surprise, they agreed to book a hearing assessment.

Carolina’s assessment was comprehensive, calm and highly professional. She explained every step clearly and delivered the results in a way that was easy to understand and relate to. They both came home raving about the experience, questioning why they hadn’t done it sooner!

What really stood out to me was the shift in how they spoke about their hearing afterwards. Instead of seeing it as an embarrassment or failure or fearful, they now felt empowered. They understood which sounds they found harder to hear and why - and they left knowing exactly what their options are for the future if it deteriorated further.
